Rick Holt – Bio
Rick Holt has worked closely with city and county municipalities, engineering firms, architectural firms, private developers, and property owners on numerous residential and commercial projects throughout Washington and Idaho. He has provided all levels of service necessary to bring a project from conception to completion, including research, site investigation, boundary and topographic surveys, platting, project design, construction layout, and project management.
Rick founded Holt Surveying & Mapping, Inc. in 1985, building a well-established land surveying firm based in Spokane, Washington, with operations across Washington state and Northern Idaho. In December 2025, the firm was acquired by ZenaTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA) as part of the company’s continued expansion in the West, integrating new forestry, power generation, and mining drone-based services alongside existing infrastructure and construction solutions. Through this transition, Rick continues to bring his decades of surveying expertise to clients across the Pacific Northwest.
